YumeMichi bb8158d070 as: Add live notes data [1/3] 
This includes:
1. All challenge difficulty lives
2. All expert difficulty lives
3. All μ's normal difficulty lives

Todo:
1. Add Aqours and Nijigasaki normal lives
2. Add daily random lives

All Story, SBL, DLP lives will not be included.
